These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ExportGPT, available at https://exportgpt.pro and operated by APPSOFTEA LTD. By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
ExportGPT provides an all-in-one ChatGPT conversation export tool that allows users to copy or export web page content and save it in multiple formats. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms.
ExportGPT may update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates become effective once posted on the website. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using the Service immediately.
2. Account Registration & User Eligibility
To use ExportGPT, you must create an individual account with a valid email address. Team or shared accounts are not supported. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.
There is no specific age requirement; however, you must have the legal capacity to use online services according to the laws in your region.
You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Deletion is permanent and may result in irreversible data loss.
3. Description of Service & Usage Rules
ExportGPT offers tools to export, copy, organize, and save ChatGPT conversations and web content in a variety of file formats. The platform operates under a Freemium model: free users access basic features, while paid plans unlock additional functionality.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful and legitimate purposes. ExportGPT reserves the right to modify, improve, or remove features at any time without prior notice.
4. Payment & Subscription Policy
ExportGPT provides monthly, yearly, and lifetime paid plans. Payments are securely processed through Stripe.
- Monthly and yearly plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel beforehand.
- Lifetime plans are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically.
A 7-day free trial is available for monthly and yearly plans. Lifetime plans do not include a trial period.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains valid and up to date.
5. Refund Policy & Termination
Refunds are available only when a technical issue prevents proper use of the Service and remains unresolved after reasonable support efforts. Refund requests are manually reviewed within five business days.
You may cancel auto-renewal anytime through your account dashboard. Lifetime plan purchases are non-refundable.
ExportGPT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, threaten platform stability, or engage in harmful activities.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You must not:
- Upload, share, or transmit unlawful or infringing content
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the Service
- Abuse usage limits, automate access, or circumvent restrictions
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the platform
- Use the Service for spam, harassment, or malicious purposes
Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
7. User Content & Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of the content they generate, upload, or export via the platform. By using the Service, you grant APPSOFTEA LTD a non-exclusive, worldwide license to process your content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service.
All software, code, documentation, interface designs, trademarks, and branding of ExportGPT are the intellectual property of APPSOFTEA LTD. No rights are transferred to you except those explicitly granted in these Terms.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
ExportGPT collects essential information such as email addresses, usage data, and payment information (handled directly by Stripe). All data is processed in accordance with applicable laws, including GDPR and CCPA.
An independent Privacy Policy explains how your data is collected and used.
9. Service Availability & Interruptions
ExportGPT aims to provide approximately 99% uptime, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed. Maintenance, updates, outages, or third-party issues may lead to temporary interruptions.
ExportGPT may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at its discretion, with reasonable notice when possible.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. ExportGPT does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or results of outputs generated through the Service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, APPSOFTEA LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or service availability.
Any liability is limited to the amount paid by you during the preceding 12 months.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, United Kingdom.
12. Updates to Terms & Contact Information
ExportGPT may update these Terms at any time. Updates become effective once posted. Continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
